USA Greenway LLC is issuing a recall on iKILLER Spider Mite killer products manufactured after April 1, 2020.
Models affected:
- iKILLER 3.8 OZ
- iKILLER 16 OZ
- iKILLER SPRAY 32 OZ
- iKILLER 20 LITRE
- iKILLER 1 Gallon
Defect:
Component used in the liquid mixture causes an unstable reaction to the plastic bottle and causes deformation of containers.
Hazard:
If the defect occurs the container may leak and cause damage to property or environment.
What Should I Do?
If your model is affected iKiller recommends stop using the products.
